Corlee is a young chef with a big passion for cooking and creativity in the kitchen. She began experimenting with food as early as six years old, often creating her own seasonings and flavorful sauces to add to meals her mother prepared. What started as playful curiosity quickly turned into real skill, and before long Corlee was helping create full dinners for her family.

Her love for bold flavors — especially bacon — inspired the creation of Better Be Bacon by Corlee, a fun food concept centered around delicious comfort food and creative bacon dishes. Corlee enjoys dreaming up new menu ideas and sharing her love for food with others, proving that great chefs can start their journey at any age.
